Local School Leadership Council (LSLC)

The Local School Leadership Council (LSLC) is a collaborative decision-making team made up of teachers, parents, classified staff, and school administrators who work together to support student success at Haynes Charter for Enriched Studies.

The LSLC helps guide important school-wide decisions related to academic programs, school climate, professional development, budget priorities, and enrichment opportunities. By bringing together multiple perspectives, the council ensures that decisions reflect the needs of our students, families, and staff.

The LSLC promotes open communication, shared leadership, and community involvement. Through thoughtful discussion and collaboration, the council helps strengthen our school programs and supports Haynes’ mission of providing a high-quality, enriching educational experience for all students.

LSLC meetings are open to the school community, and we encourage families to stay informed, attend meetings, and participate in helping shape the future of our school.
